Who Can Get a Saginaw Library Card?Residents of Saginaw (people who live inside the Saginaw city limits) can get one card per person. Nonresidents can get one card per household. All Saginaw library cards are free.
How Do I Get a Saginaw Library Card?
Bring your driver's license or government ID (with your current address) to the Library and we can get you set up with a free library card. If your ID does not have your current address on it, also bring a bill or piece of mail that lists your name and current address.
Children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian when getting a library card.
